Squat-to-bicep curl is a great exercise that targets both your lower body and upper body. To perform this exercise, begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, lower yourself into a squat position, making sure to keep your chest up, back flat and knees pointed in the same direction as your toes. Once you reach the bottom of the squat, press through your heels and return to a standing position. From here, you will move into the bicep curl. Make sure to keep your elbows close to your body, curl your arms up to shoulder level, and then lower the weights back down. For the best results, complete 10-15 repetitions of the entire exercise.
