- Start by sitting on an exercise mat.
- Bend your legs.
- Place your palms on the floor.
- Let your fingers face forward.
- Bend your arms.
- Lift your hips up until your body forms a bridge position, then bend your elbows and lower your body until your elbows are at a roughly 90-degree angle.
- Use your arms to lift your hips.
- Keep your back close to the bench and your feet close to your body.
- Push up until your arms are straight.
