Tricep dips are a great exercise for toning your triceps and upper body. Here's how to perform them correctly:

  1. Start by sitting on an exercise mat.
  2. Bend your legs.
  3. Place your palms on the floor.
  4. Let your fingers face forward. 
  5. Bend your arms. 
  6. Lift your hips up until your body forms a bridge position, then bend your elbows and lower your body until your elbows are at a roughly 90-degree angle.
  7. Use your arms to lift your hips.
  8. Keep your back close to the bench and your feet close to your body.
  9. Push up until your arms are straight.
  10. Repeat
